Refund policy

Hotchpotch Kids accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with tags still on within 14 days of delivery date. Any items without tags attached or showing any sign of wear, alteration, wash or damage will not be accepted for return. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our return requirements.

Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.

Store credit will be issued on returns within 10 days of receipt of return. Hotchpotch Kids currently offers store credit ONLY for returned items.
